Thank you. I don't know the origin of this.Any reasons why you find it hard to sleep at night? Is the insomnia physical or spiritual?
If it is physical (illness) then i might know of a remedy. For years i struggled with insomnia, many times sending me psychotic, it has been an epic battle. Then a doctor suggested i take a very small amount of an certain anti depressant which other effect is that it makes you incredibly tired. So i take just 7.5 mg of the drug at night before i go to sleep and sleep all night making 8 or even 9 hours a night, it hardly effects me during the day but i sure get a good night sleep.
It is called Mirtazapine if you are interested.
i thank God for His mercies.
Hoping you soon have a good night sleep again.
I live near an Interstate. It is difficult to sleep some nights. I use over the counter 5 mg melatonin. It is a natural substance produced by the body to cause sleepiness.Sleeping at the daylight hours
Im usim caffeine now to not fall asleep, its 11am hereAvoid caffeine.
I am still into problems. It's almost 3am i am perfectly awakenCan you describe how you are sleeping now? I know a bit about insomnia due to suffering it all my life.
Today i talked with her, gave me pills to buyWhat does your physician say?
In the bible tells that jesus rejected some liquid to numb the pain when he was carrying the cross"Some people say it is not of a christian to take pills"
Not Christian to take medications? That's nonsense. The apostle Paul told Timothy to drink wine for his stomach's sake and his frequent ailments (1 Tim 5:3). In Timothy's case, wine was medicinal. Paul didn't tell young Timothy that he should have more faith to be healed. And if Paul could have healed his protégé, I'm sure he would have. In this case, he simply gave him wise advice that included medicine. I know God heals. But he doesn't always. And when he doesn't, availing ourselves of a medicinal aid can be the wisest thing to do.
