im new here to the Christian forums. so i would like 2 introduce myself. i am 27 yrs old, 5 yrs as a christian. i belong 2 the LACC, Los Angeles Church Of Christ. i was baptized in Philadelphia Church and moved out 2 LA in the mid year 2000. i enjoy myself being with this church. it helped me so much 2 know how Christ has died and wanted us 2 know GOD.
i know some of U may do research of my church and stuff, some might have heard some things about us 2, but i know that i became a christian for Christ. being a christian is Christ like. i am a disciple of JESUS Christ. so are my brothers and sisters.
Disciples were called Christians in Acts 11:19-26 [vs26 "The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch."]
i am greatful to have my times with GOD during the bible in prayer and in his words during my readings. also, i am greatful for all my brothers who have helped me out in my troubles, and for my sisters who had support and understanding. the bible is great. being a disciple of JESUS is great.
