I am happy to be back

I was a part of this community years ago. I really miss the outlet of being able to contribute online. Since I felt I needed to develop my social skills, I spent the last five years living in big cities, teaching, and developing that aspect of my life. But, since I have always seen myself as a writer, I have felt a little dead inside without exploring that part of myself and contributing to others through my own thoughts and through my life experiences.

Thank you all. I am also happy to see how this site has changed. Last I saw it, it had fallen into a little bit of a rut. Ads kept popping up that would discredit the site's reputation, even among unbelievers. I'm glad that there's a subscription or donation mechanism in place so that we can keep this site ad-free. It's something I will gladly contribute to once I have income.
