I am feeling sensitive today

Hi, this has nothing to do with the thread I wrote yesterday. I'm just feeling triggered by things and there are things that my dad used to say to me that I scoffed at (nothing to do with religion) and now here I am almost in tears thinking he was right about certain things (once again, not religion-related) and how I can't tell him. The thing is, he never made it easy for me to accomplish the very things he asked me to do in the first place. I might elaborate later in the comments or make a separate thread later. I don't know why I don't just wait for later to actually make that separate thread but sometimes, emotions get the better of me and I have to at least "make a down payment" on my feelings and express a portion of them.

It’s part of grief LB. It has not been that long ago. From my observations, you seem to be doing well. It does not make the process any easier but I’m sure you understand what I mean.
