I'm probably going to be stoned for this, but that doesn't make you weak. It takes a strong person to admit their weaknesses, and in knowing your weakness, will humble yourself before others. In knowing your weakness, you understand your need to be forgiven, and will have mercy on those asking for forgiveness.
Just walk with God. Pray. Allow him to make you the new creation. Focus on loving your neighbor as yourself, and you simply begin to transform
