Hi guys, so my husband had a stroke yesterday. He's only 50, but very diabetic. I won't even try to articulate how worried, stressed, and exhausted I am. We won't know what the next course of action will be until they get the results of his tests back later today. He's going to be in the Hosp for quite a while.

Dori, I have written a book on healing called THE KEYS TO HEALING A Handbook for Miracles, which I believe every Christian should read to learn how to pray and believe for the healings and miracles they need in their lives and the lives of other people. You can read an exerpt from it at booklocker.com/books/5417.html My dad was a healing evangelist and we grew up with miracles and healings happening all the time. When people asked, "How do you do it?" He would tell them it was an anointing from God, which included a gift of faith. I believe it was, but I believe that everyone who is a true Christian has the same calling and anointing to pray for the sick and receive answers. I have never read a book on how to do it, until God taught me over a period of years, after I had lost 14 friends and family members to early death in 4 years. It will inspire your faith to believe that God wants your husband to be completely well.

Praying for continued strength as you go through this trial and for a speedy recovery for your husband. Also praying that our Lord will guide the doctor's as they treat him for his stroke. My Alan had a heart attack last April and feels better than ever before. The nurse taking care of him at the hospital was a believer and he has a wonderful cardiologist. I am praying that the Lord will touch both of your lives in a very special way. I am not the same person since it happened. I believe that I show my appreciation to him a lot more and we have become closer as a couple.
