You're getting into speculation.
It's not (just) the current administration that is openly stating that Trump
is unfit to lead the country. It is dozens of Trump appointees, to his
previous 4 years as President, who are testifying that he has no regard
for the Consitution, or the fair rule of law in America.
Don't tryo to spin this question, as if it is (just) a concern of the current
administration.
The question is difficult, because (I think) that it silently is appealing to
the idea that the majority vote of citizens, in a presidential election,
determines what should be the law of the land. AND THIS IS FALSE.
It is the due process of law in America, and the fair rule of law, that
determines what is legal and illegal, in this country.
Appealing to some majority vote, is the way that lynch mobs operate -- not the
fair rule of law in America. This seems to be lost on some of Trump's followers.
Claims about election procedures, fall under the individual laws of the individual states.
Claims about election fraud, must follow due process of law, under the individual
laws of the states.
Decisions about the capacity of the elected President to competently carry out his
Consitutional duties (regardless of what HE thinks), already have been addressed
in the founding documents, and the fair rule of law. This decision is not a free for all,
between different posturing political parties.
1. Nothing wrong with song and dance. His supporters enjoyed the fun!Trump is in decline:
- 40 minute song and dance at recent Q & A
- Referencing to Arnold Palmer's genitals for ten minutes
- Rambling speeches
- Compulsive lying, cant tell truth from fiction
- Confused Nikki Haley with Nancy Pelosi
- Called Republican representative Matt Gaetz, Rick Gates
Except for #2 and possibly #5, one would think your evidencing Harris' decline.Trump is in decline:

"All" would include me, and I don't know the future, and neither do you.If Trump wins the election, we all know there is going to be large scale protests and riots as a result.
No.Except for #2 and possibly #5, one would think your evidencing Harris' decline.
Yes.
Self-contradiction. If the latter statement is true then he is not lying.Trump's lying is off the chart ... he might even believe his own fantasies.
Are we back to characterizing Harris? And thus we normalize falsehood, poor taste, and boorish behavior that most of us would not accept in our own children.
As a follow-up question, (and this question is particularly for those who believe January 6th was an "Insurrection" ) if Trump wins and there is any kind of mass violence or trespassing on government property by anti-Trump protestors during the electoral confirmation process, will you likewise perceive this as an insurrection attempt to overturn the electoral process?
Harris and the Left will attempt to avoid having to deal with Trump before he has a chance to win. Their new tactic is returning to the dangerous rhetoric that led to the Trump assassination attempt.
Just ahead of the 2024 election, the current administration appears to be setting up the narrative framework that Trump is an illegitimate candidate (because he's unstable, or a fascist, or otherwise a "threat to democracy"...)
Hypothetically speaking, if Trump ends up having a clear electoral victory that is not in question....
How will you react if the current administration still attempts to block his swearing in as President by invoking some sort of state of emergency in order to deny Trump the presidency. The stated "emergency" might be that Trump is supposedly too unstable to become President, or because he stands accused of "insurrection" from J6, or any number of narratives that could be presented as the reason the administration supposedly has no choice but to block the election of Trump "to save democracy".
Will you consider this a coup attempt by the existing administration to overturn the election results?
Or you will view such an electoral denial as acceptable in order to protect democracy?
.....

Sometimes the "dangerous rhetoric" is simply repeating Trumps own words.Their new tactic is returning to the dangerous rhetoric that led to the Trump assassination attempt.
Hum, see thats the trick. They take Trumps words and twist them into a new creation. One of their own and not Trumps. Thats how the ideology works. Its a chameleon. It uses part truths and mixes them with lies to make it appear truth. Its a sneaky tactic but it works on many as they don't take time to stop and critically think about it.Sometimes the "dangerous rhetoric" is simply repeating Trumps own words.
Most often no twist or distortion or misrepresentation at all.Hum, see thats the trick. They take Trumps words and twist them into a new creation. One of their own and not Trumps. But when you do, when you investigate you begin to find the misrepresentations, the twists of truth and outright lies.
Really, in this day and age of fake news and narratives. Most often no twist or distortion or misrepresentation at all.
I can recall several incidents of Trump himself using "dangerous rhetoric". I am sure you can also.Really, in this day and age of fake news and narratives.

I think he knows the difference between reality and fantasy. I think he’s just a hopeless, compulsive liar.No.
Trump's lying is off the chart an incomparable to any other politician. And he might even believe his own fantasies. It sometimes seems as though he cannot distinguish reality from fantasy.
So another important question is "does he actually believe his own untruths?" Whether he does or not, his loyal followers will believe anything he says. Or write it off as "Trump being Trump". And thus we normalize falsehood, poor taste, and boorish behavior that most of us would not accept in our own children.
