  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Pal, you don't "summon" angels!!! They are not your servants, but they certainly are God's!!!!

I hope you are just kidding about that. There is no one area in the Bible that talks about angels, you will have to go to secondary sources.

Hi

There are good angels commonly referred to as Arch Angels and fallen Angels.

The Bible does talk about both groups but just like everything else it is a little here a little there.

So I suggest you read the bible from cover to cover..........a few times over.(smile)

Not what you wanted to hear but good advice I assure you.

does anybody know what part in the bible talks about angles the most?..

There is nothing in the Bible about summoning angels. They appear according to God's will, not ours. The Book of Luke and Revelation mention angels many times, but there is no indepth teaching on them.

In Christ,

Acts6:5

I think it was just an honest question.

How To Summon Angles?

With a protractor?

Usually acute and right angles will come at your beckon call....

but obtuse angles tend to be hard-headed and vivid procrastinators!

everyone here is right about us not summoning angels but God does use angels to answer our prayers, read Daniel 10:12-14. So we are not to summon angels but why can't we ask God to send them?

Umm...birthday boy, that was not the original question. The icing has got to your head.

LOL, man you people are killing me with your humor!

Well, the way I look at it, there are two questions. One question is seen in the thread tittle and the other is in the op. I chose to answer the thread tittle.

As for the op question I really don't know the answer. I never did a check on which book in the Bible talks about angels the most but I think one book that is a good source is the book of Hebrews. The first chapter is litered with references to angels as well as a few in the back of the book.
