This might come as news to you but a lot of Christian women have had abortions.

In fact, most of the abortions in the US are performed on Christian women.

Well, the republican party is not very happy with WIC or SNAP, and somehow believe 5'2" 300 lb people spend their days buying up all the fudge rounds in stock.

Are they not very happy with the program OR with the fact you can buy such things on the program? The N in the name is meant to imply that the program never WAS meant to buy junk food. Hey look, I enjoy junk food and my weight shows that, HOWEVER, if are saying you need help buying food then really beggars cannot be choosers and it is perfectly reasonable for whomever ( whether it be the government, non-profit, church, or even private party to impose reasonable limits on the food that can be purchased with money that they are providing. Now, certain types of junk food most people have very little problem with SNAP being used to buy. Here, I am talking about canned non-parishable or even processed food as the argument could be made that the preservives used in such food makes it unhealthy junk food ( especially things that are straight up processed such as certain meats are frozen dinners. Very few people have issues with SNAP being used to buy that stuff. Very few people wish to SNAP limited to NOTHING but fresh and fresh-frozen food, but candy, snakes soda things like that many people including me feel it is reasonable to say if you cannot afford food then you need to live within reasonable "food limits" until you can. Remember, SNAP is also not meant to be your whole food budget as the S implies, so if they want to buy "junk food" or more expensive food think streak sea food things like that you use your part of the food budget.

3. No one woman should ever be in a situation where she has to consider abortion. It is tragic for even one having to go through that decision. When God created this world, there was no sin, no evil, no pain...but we rebelled against God. The reason we have abortions today and other evil is because we are sinners. But God send His Son to restore us and defeat the sin.

Setting an innocent free from the toil of sin and the very real possibility of Eternal Darnation by having an abortion sounds like a wise move, but I’m a heathen so what do I know?

Life. Unless women are having to sign a paper to renounce their faith before obtaining an abortion, (which I don’t think is a “thing”, yet).

5. I see under this threat lot of solutions, none of which invloves God. We must depend on God first, otherwise it ends in a catastrophe. God is greater than abortion, there is nothing He cannot solve. We often think there is only answer A and B to a problem, but God sees it all, He knows the best.

6. When we meet a woman who considers abortion, we must not judge, but shower her with love. It does not help telling a woman who considers abortion, she is evil to do so etc. She is already going through a lot. Telling her about God and the gospel can do wonders as has done in a lives of many.

How to stop abortions.

1. Stop insulting single pregnant women.

2. Free child care.

Better sex education classes, free BC and condoms. Allowing more people to get fixed would help. Some men want their girlfriends or wife to have abortions.Women respecting their boyfriend or husband wishes, when they tell their partner, that they don't want kids. Single parents don't get insulted a lot in CA. Teaching kids morals is a good thing. Also make sure kids know how horrible it is to have a screaming child. And their life isn't theirs anymore ,if they get pregnant.

We are all sinners, deserving of God's judgement, but His mercy is that He judges no one today, not one sin He judges, but that day will come.
God is just and He must punish sin. Sin cannot be forgiven freely, otherwise God is not just. He does forgive our sins but only because He sent His Son as a substitute for our sins, who took the penalty of the sin of all who believe in Him.
I am no better than you, I also need a Saviour in Jesus Christ, and so does everyone.

I am only asking because I do not know one and never hear of one Christian woman, does not meam they are none, but the % is small.

Yes since He is a Creator of all life. And He cares about everyone. He desires no one to perish and all come to life (He said it).

Just because we ask God first and pray to Him, does not mean we do nothing. If I see someone needing help, I dont pray, God take care of them, and then I do nothing. But I know to depend on God first because He is all powerful and knowing.

Christianity teaches not to have sex before marriage, and no divorce - don't you think such teaching will drastically reduce abortion? Or that all life is valuable? I know that there are sadly women who get raped, or are in difficult financials situtations, but millions get abortion because they have unprotected sex, are single, too young, or just get drunk etc. If people dont get drunk, and get married and then have sex and children, we will reduce abortion drastically, dont you agree?

Leave God out of it....well yeah this is exactly the issue, we leave God out of everything and them we wonder why there is so much evil in the world. Only if there was someone who can bring peace, but no we keep rejecting God.

It is not on the government to care for children that they did NOT decide to create. Nope that is on the people who chose to lie together. Now, in the rare case a person is raped it is neither the child, nor the woman's fault and so if she feels she cannot care for the child there are plenty of people who can and want them. Really the same thing applies to consental sex, but in that case the people involved knew the risk and so should realize one way or the other either through keeping the child or giving the child up for adoption it is not the government's job to provide "free" childcare.

It's about societal choices - do we as a society want parents to work full time despite having infants at home? Do we want our collective children looked after safely? Or do we prefer a dog eat dog kind of society where might (in the form of money) makes right? This is a choice we make.
