You missed the point. What I said implied no planned parenthood will be allowed access to the school or it's curriculim. Thats the first place to start. And no more drag queens story hour or anything of the sort.

So they have to be born before they can be considered a person? So what are they until then? Feces to be pooped out? Can a turd become a person if you leave it alone? Can an embryo become a person if you leave it alone?

It's already a person at the moment of conception. You my friend are dead wrong. Fact is your prolly either a abortion doctor and need the work, or someone who would use the position that you postulate as a cover for your most favorite sins. Sexual sins so hey let's use abortion as birth control. That's where you're at.

I feel that they become a person TRULY worth protecting once they would be viable outside the womb.

By truly worth protecting I mean that at that point is the minimum when it should be a chargeable offense or outright illegal to cause their death. In situations where it would be on the fence say a woman is between 15-24 months among then abortion should be illegal, but whether otherwise causing the child's death is chargeable should be either up to the DA or a case by case basis If the woman has entered her 3rd trimester then barring a situation where it is determined the child would not be viable I would be OK with it being treated like causing the death of anyone else charge wise because at that point then would be a decently good chance that the baby would have lived but for the act.

Legally, yes. Of course, that can be changed in the laws. There have been attempts to pass personhood amendments in various states to define personhood as starting at conception, but they haven't been successful... yet.

No if she is less than 15 weeks along being that she is in the beginning/middle of her second trimester of being pregnant. A fifteen month old baby is a person just like an adult is.

Doesn't the law state, if you kill a pregnant mother you are guilty of two murders?

In some states a murder of a pregnant woman may result in charges for two murders but that often depends on the specific circumstances.

Science states the unborn is an embryo or fetus and makes no comment I’m personhood as deemed by a government. Until a government assigns legal status to a fetus, which would require some sort of documentation filed by the parents on behalf of the unborn, an in utero baby is not a person until born.
