Is there any effective way to lose the gut more effect? I know exercise is the key but what kind.

gnine said:Don't forget that you want to train in the zone which burns fat, this is measured as a heart rate that is a function of age. Outside of that zone, you'll be sourcing energy from other places and not from fat deposits.
Look up "fat burning zone" on google to calculate your zone.
