Hacking windows is not a crime! it is basically making windows totally yours! you bought it with your own money, why shouldn't it be yours!!! And it has nothing to do with the register, which i am totally unfamiliar with...

Run command from cmd and you are at the biggining of the windows!
Run cmd from command and you are at the end of the windows!

thats a hint if i am not mistaken.

The only problem is that in new computers there is a file that handles the shut off button, making you able to run the powerswich from the software... how to get the computer totally yours, is something i am unfamiliar with

Loop the computers powerbutton from the software handling it... This is basically what those early universal cards did with the TV decoder so you could watch all the channels from the sattelite without paying for it.

And that was what Assange did but with the computer. exactly how he did it, i am uncertain of, since i am no programmer or computer engeener!

Assange technique did not include decoding encryped files... You could see it on the relevance of what his exposed messeges was... It was not top priority... or top secret!

They are familiar with hackers software, they are familiar with hacking techniques, thus they are showing all attributes of being involved with atleast some criminal activities
