How to do Eye-Makeup

I'm looking for new ways to do eye makeup. If you got any tips, or know of any sites (esp. ones with pictures), it would be appreciated.

now they tend to go way out especially for the eyes, and I am all about natural looking eye makeup- don't like to have green, red, blue, or any of those colors plastered on my face but they have lots of cool tips there...

Foil eye? That don't sound to pretty.....
