I have being suffering from depression and anxiety for the last few months. I am on a better path now, one with Christ that is
Nevertheless, I am trying to get myself on my feet and become a functional human being. I want to live a life of wellness. Any recommendations on how I may build my discipline? I know it's going to happen gradually and I am okay with that, but perhaps yall have some good tips of wisdom to share!
By building my discipline, I mean the following:
- waking up early
- eating healthy
- exercising
- praying day and night
- reading for self improvement
- meditating and practicing yoga
- not procrastinating to get work done
Etc.
I am really trying to shake off the laziness that is trying to keep me from achieving the best meant for me.
