I know the Scriptures, but bad temper is very difficult to control, the temper controls me instead,
I am powerless to overcome bad temper, the emotion just exploded up!
And bad words come out of my mouth.
Prayer cannot stop this!

You need to figure out how to "not let your emotions get to the point that they just explode".

So what are the things or types of things that get you to that point and is it just people very close to you that can make you this angry or is it like people you don't know that well too?

Maybe we can help narrow this down for you so you can see what area to concentrate on.

Jesus also felt angry when he saw the traders in temple.
There is righteous anger (very small percent of anger) and then unrighteous anger (the BIG percent of our anger).

Don't use Jesus as an excuse here. Hopefully we can help you.

I have the right to be angry, correct?

Sometimes. "Be angry and sin not." Do you know how to be assertive and not agressive? When I was young, I hadn't been taught that a person can be assertive without being aggressive.

James 1
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Check this out:
How to Be Assertive, Not Aggressive

If you're being bullied by a toxic person, that's a different issue. Is that what you're dealing with or grew up with?

It sounds like you put up with someone who tries to push you around, and after awhile you need them to stop. Don't let things go on and on. An anger management class as ViaCrucis suggested is an excellent resource.

When you start feeling angry, or upset, stop talking for a few seconds, minutes if possible, and start thinking more instead, so that you will response out of thought and analysis, instead of out of emotion or impulse! James 1:19. We react emotionally much faster to a stressful situation, than reacting thoughtfully or analytically.
