How to clean up Exchange Server 2016?

I'm developing a custom provisioning tool for Exchange Server 2016.

I'd like to go back to the point of Exchange 2016 Mailbox Server instration completed after using many Enable-Mailbox and Disable-Mailbox are done on EMS. In the testing phase, I need clean configured Exchange 2016 MailBox Server many times.

How to clean up Exchage Server 2016 without setup all servers again?
Please Help.
