Wow, I'm glad to see other tall girls around here I get tired of all the teeny-tiny chicks that I see every day, making me feel like a giraffe-ish ogre.

I think I'm technically 5'10.5 (178cm)? I haven't been officially measured in a while. The Dr's office wouldn't let me take my shoes off when I got measured a while back and they have me on record as 5'11. Not cool if a cute nurse see's me in socks and thinks I'm trying to puff up my height.

Simple answer: I'm around 6'2".

Complicated answer: I occasionally round it down to 6'1.5", because being slightly taller than advertised is generally better than being slightly shorter. Either way I'm over 6'2" with shoes on. My old Maine driver's license said 6'2". I seem to recall that they used wall chart to estimate. However, but I told the North Carolina DMV 6'1" when I moved here because I didn't feel like fudging 8ths of an inch or so, and I don't recall a half inch option. I'm actually not sure of my exact height in centimeters. The next time I'm in the doctor's office, I'll ask.

I'm a tad short at 5'6". Both of my parents were on the short side, and I think it ran in the families on both sides. I don't recall a tall uncle anywhere.
