How readest Thou!!.. JC Ryle

Good Day, All

I very kind sister here sent me this book and I have read it cover to cover.. it is short.

I liked it very much, I really liked the way JC Ryles laid out the dialog in the form of questions. I found my self wanting to know more of the history behind some of the things he said, that is a good thing IMHO!!

I highly recommend this lil work, and I look forward to reading more of JC Ryle.

He never wastes words! He is so straightforward and writes so to our heart! I love every book he wrote, especially 'Holiness'! That one has such wonderful word pictures that pierce your heart and memory and caution you to maintain a lifestyle pleasing to our Lord! Great reading there!!

I love Ryle, when my kids were younger we used ryle's family devotions for our nightly readings. I have enjoyed every thing I have read by him.
