How often do you read, and for how long each time?

heh Ditto that. I was homeschooled in highschool. I'd go to the library. Come home with 8 to 10 books and depending on the sizes read them all in about two days and go back for more.

Now I read anywhere from minutes to hours per day. I must admit at one point I almost completely stopped reading from teenage reading burnout. That lasted a little more then a year and now I read a little less but not much.

I only have time to read maybe 30 minutes or an hour a day depending on my day and how it's going.

I read everyday, it normally depends on how much time I have. Sometimes I only get 15-20 minutes long enough to read my Daily devotional, sometimes I read more. I also am a rather avid message board poster, so I read that too.

Well i just finished a 407 page book in 4-5 days (i was sick and mom made me stay in bed.) and i just started a 405 page book 4 days ago and i'm a little less than 100 pages from the end it depends, in all honesty i have to say unless i'm totally engrosed in the book i wont read it.

I read on an almost daily basis, and don't like to put most books down. The last HP book took just under a day to finish. Sometimes I like to 'escape' with M7B novels, and they take about 1 hour to finish, but mostly I like to read Fantasy & Sci-Fi

This depends upon the book, during the semester I probably read 4 or 5 hours a day depending on what I need to read for school- it takes longer since I'm taking notes. I really don't have time for much recreational reading, and I really should be reading my Bible at the very least.

It varies...I read more in the winter or rainy days
I read more at night than during the day
The length of time varies...if it is a really good book it is hard to stop till I am done the book.

It depends on the book. If it's really good, I'll finish it in a day. When Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix came out, I sat for about 12 hrs straight and finished the thing...my poor eyes. When I get a book I'm usually done within the week.

I usually read for 1-2 hours, depending on the book. When the latest Harry Potter book came out, I read for 7 hours straight and finished it.

I read myself to sleep every night. Loose my place and then have to re-read to find it the next night. I usually don't get very far very fast!
