  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

It also depends upon your major. My schoooing is just about $12,000 a year, but my FLYING for my major is about another $15,000 a year. (yes, and our department still gets all the leftovers.)

The College that I went to added up to 17500 my freshman year and constantly increased throug my 4 years. Come senior year it was about 19100. That was unbelievable because regardless of my scholarships I still had to pay like5000 to 10...out of pocket. OUch. Deb big time. So all I can say is Private Colleges have their good and bad sides.

It depends where you want to go. Private schools will always cost more than the regular universities. Rule of thumb is to possibly go to community college for your general education since it does cost less. Classes in your lower division will usually easily transfer to any university and adivising at your prospective school can help you as well. Most times for finances, though, people rely on scholarships, loans and grants. Stick to scholarships and grants as much as possible since these do not need to be paid back. Loans have interest rates and the less in debt after college the better. :D
