How much time do you spend at work?

I have a 3 day weekend, but work 4 10 hour shifts the rest of the week. 10 hour shifts are brutal man...luckily my job is mostly a lot of sitting and doing mindless busy work.

So I work full-time...for a tiny bit more than minimum wage. I am looking for a new job for good reason...been at that company for nearly a year and I've never gotten a raise.

I am a teacher. I arrive at school at 8:30 in the morning. I leave ... well, I'll leave today after I finish this post. But I leave at different times on different days, depending on how much work I have to do.

In my country people who work in administration will normally work from monday to friday, which will equal a full time job. Normally you work between 8 to 9 hours a day.

I work eight and a half hour a day. I'll start working around 8.15 a.m. and end word around 5.30 p.m. with half an hour lunchtime.

I am technically scheduled for 40 hours a week. Technically overtime isn't allowed. They seem to forget that grooming dogs is not an exact science, and they are not all perfect angels. So sometimes it's more than 40 hours, and on rare occasions it is less. When overtime used to be allowed I would usually work more than 40 hours because I actually like my job, and I have no life. Lol.

I work 168 hours a week. That is right I am always at work.
Why? Because I am in the Army so am able to be called up at any time for any reason.
I realize I have "off time" but it is really just time that I can do what I want with the understanding that if something happens I am coming back into work. Oh and having a smart phone that pipes my emails to me doesn't exactly help.

I only have 2 hours a day doing cleaning of bridle..easy stuff. Goes with my college study here.

I worked 0 hours last week.... But in a few weeks I will probably be working 40 hours a week.

It's supposed to be only 8hours a day. Since I love my work, I, most of the time, extends 2 hours (without overtime pay). It's something that I really love.
