CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have a feeling I'm not going to have many people agreeing with me on what i'm about to say but I've been told this by others...ultimately they were right but it sounded harsh at the time.
This is one of those things where we need to ask ourselves, does it matter? How will this influence us and us living to become more like Christ? It won't really...thats why sometimes I think instead of focusing on the technical things that sometimes we need to look at the bigger picture and reassess what we should be focusing on.
But that's just my opinion!

The Bible does not explicitly say. The idea of "three wisemen" came from the fact of the three gifts, and from extrabiblical writtings of some of some christians long, long after the events actually happened.

Pasat_14, Point being is that there are many persons who recall hearing of the 'three wise men' when infact we don't know how many wise men there were because the Holy Bible does not state the number of them. We must be ascertive.
