I sin at least 18, 19 times a day..sometimes 40 or 50. I'm a sinning machine.

How about you?

I don't keep track, but I do sin accidentally often enough. There is a process called sanctification christians go through, which is the process of God purifying us more and more until we are perfected which I believe is when we are raised in resurrection (maybe a theologian can explain it better than I can).

The main thing God is concerned with about sin, is do we embrace our sinful nature, or do we want to stop sinning. Jesus can save us from sins and ultimately offer life after death if our heart is in the right place, if we truly love our Creator wholeheartedly and seek Him. sin blocks that relationship but Jesus took the punishment and offers us to know God the Father, but on His terms, which is further taught in the Bible, I highly recommend to study New Testament further for thorough answers prayerfully. God bless

Pretty much what rocklife said. It's not something we Christians allocate to ourselves. Like, "Oh, today is gonna be tough, I only put down 5 sins." or something like that. Often we only realise we have sinned after the event, and then we seek repentance. It's one thing to know it, and accept it, it's another to bring it before God. It's especially hard for sins that have become somewhat of a habit, or something you fall regularly too as coming before God each time tends to make you feel hipocritical, as you keep repenting, yet you keep doing it. They are the truly tough ones to shake. As I think Paul (?) said, why does my body do what I don't want it to, yet not do what I wish it to. Sometimes we have very little control over these things.

Cheers,

I think you are missing the point. You might as well ask "how many times do you not brush your hair in a day" - it's pretty meaningless to try to count not doing something. And likewise it's not possible to count "how many times do you not love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength" + "how many times do you not love your neighbour as yourself"

I'm not interested in knowing my sin track record. I know it has decreased since the Holy Spirit came into my life 25 years ago because my nature doesn't have a desire to sin now like it did then. My goal is for Him(Christ) to increase and me decrease daily until my death.
