How many times a day do you eat?

I'm a grazer as well.

I would say that I sometimes eat as often as 10 times a day if not more. But I don't eat a lot.

I usually eat 2 or 3 times per day. Although I also eat snack food, I tend to do so around lunch or dinnertime. Those snacks may as well count as part of the meal.

I typically eat one or two meals a day, with a snack thrown in occasionally. Eating for me is just an inconvenience so I just eat enough to get by.

I eat 5 times a day usually. I work in a Daycare so we have to feed the kids every few hours so I eat when they do (morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack) plus something before I go to work or to eat at work for breakfast and then dinner when I get home.

I nibble all day. I can't eat much at all in one sitting.

Eating for me is just an inconvenience so I just eat enough to get by.

I nom constantly. Piece of cheese here, bread there, couple of strawberries, handful of cereal.. and then its time for breakfast!

I need to get this under control.

I'd be very content just nibbling all day long, but unfortunately I can't do that most times. I usually drink my breakfast (coffee, folks) and snack on a handful of nuts or some kind of protein bar. I might continue snacking on a little something until lunch. Lunch usually consists of either a sandwich or whatever we're ordering out for at work. At home, I might have a pizza or something (not an entire one though, I'm not 23 anymore). Dinner is usually cruel and unusual - er, huge and unusual. I'll eat anything for dinner, seriously. Especially if I haven't grocery shopped in awhile. Desperation breeds creativity. Dinner is most commonly my largest meal of the day though... except when I have cereal.
