How many Sci Fi geeks are here? And what are your favorite shows?

I am a certified, completely one hundred percent dyed in the woold Sci Fi Geek.

I love Doctor Who, Stargate Atlantis, Farscape, Firefly, BSG... ETA Heroes too!!! *g*

Anyone else here a Sci Fi geek?! (And more importantly I guess - proud to be one?!) What do you watch?

I'm a total geek... let's see... Star Trek (all incarnations), Dr Who, Torchwood, Firefly, definitely Heroes... Sci-Fi channel is one of my fav. channels lol

Dr Who is better, I think, but I've not watched much since Rose left, so Torchwood is my standby for that

I miss Rose - a lot! Her absence really changed the entire feel of the program. Martha's too 2D to be really fun IMO.

yeah that's what my DH said... hence why I never watched after Rose left, 'cept one... the one where they meet Shakespeare, I think only 'cuz it happened to be on TV right before something else I wanted to watch and I was curious about Martha.

How about Eureka and the new Flash Gordon...."DVR is set" ? Of course I have a buddy who just LOVED Firefly. It was alright....

Haven't caught up on Eureka... actually haven't watched more than about 2 minutes in flipping channels... When does Flash Gordon come on?

I'm proud to admit to being a sci-fi Geek! In fact, I cannot recall a time when I was not watching or reading something sci-fi.

Could not get into the new version of Flash Gordon. How they actually were able to take that character concept and setting and turn it into a boring show is beyond me.

I would say Flash is slow not boring. Of course I thought Stanger Than Fiction was a pretty good movie too.

oh yeah... I think I did watch the pilot episode of Flash Gordon... will have to check it out again though 'cuz I've forgotten what I initially thought of the show.

And I soooo can't believe I forgot to put Quantum Leap on my list!!

Anyone else notice that NBC is behind almost all the scifi people watch these days? Of course it helps that they own the Sci-fi network.

I watched one episode of "Flush" Gordon and decided it wasn't worth my time.

Tonight will probably tell whether I keep watching Bionic Woman - I wasn't that overly impressed last week, but we'll see. I heard this week's supposed to be better.

I'm proud to say I'm a SciFi geek. I grew up on Star Trek and I still enjoy watching it occasionally (I'm really looking forward to J.J. Abram's new ST movie).

Some of my other favorite SciFi shows include Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica (both series), and Andromeda was pretty good as well.

LOVED Farscape.
Enjoyed the Stargate Series.
Just recently saw Firefly in syndication and it was excellent.
Loved Babylon 5.
Enjoyed ST TNG, and Voyager.
Enjoyed Roswell. (guilty pleasure, haha)
