Thanks all, I will Not be posting as much starting to do more therapy and Will be starting daily including Sunday's this is a new physio I will be in. It has every type of therapy I need in one building, and It is a most to do it daily.

They have a awesome turn out for those that do what they say. I am going to do it.

starts out 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening each day.

But will work up to 8 hours at one time. a day.

So will be taking time off CF...

But I will come on time and time again to rep
