Does anybody know when does the number of posters you can give rep to change from 20 to 40?

A user can give 20 reputation clicks over each 24 hour period. Site Supporters can give 40 reputation clicks over each 24 hour period.

The other nice thing about being a site supporter and reputation - you can rep the same person more than once.
