Phinehas the Bible doesn't mention people being born with male and female parts, but it happens..Who should be the ones to classify these people as one gender or the other.?

If the parent/doctor assigns them as female, but later in life it is determined the "female" is more male...would she be gay if his relationships were with other men?

How come the Bible doesn't discuss this phinehas, as it seems people think the Bible is the tell all guide book to life and God..?

I submit the Bible was put together by flawed people, as no person is perfect, people with certain agendas and beliefs of their own...

I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes,
