I'm drawn mostly to the Psalms, I haven't read the Bible all the way through. I tried once and gave up because I was reading it like I would a book, and not as it should be read. I also read my favorite parts of the NT, and would like to get a study Bible. I think that would focus me more.

Just curious.
And non-believers, this is for you too.

I've read the more interesting stuff. Ezekiel, Job. Genesis. A lot of Samuel, Exodus. Some of Isaiah, but it's hard going. Recently re-read Daniel and Revelation. Read the new testament several times.

I've read it cover-to-cover at least once. I'm sure the first time I read it, I couldn't fathom so many things and concepts. Just taking it nice and slow now. It's not actually the reading of the Bible that's important. It is understanding the Word of God that is much more important; at least in my eyes anyways. God bless.
