Thats right...that awesome Xbox/PC game that is really awesome!!

I have a Xbox LAN party at my house almost every weekend. There are about 10-14 guys that come but that number is growing. If you are a Halo addict like me what is your playing name? Mine is -TAXUM-.

My best story?.... Hmmm... we were playing team slayer, no shields and no radar, three on three in rat race. I was in the upstairs tunnels, and I saw the other team were trying to shoot down the invisibility. I ran over, went through the power-up and headed for the teleport. Of course they started shooting at me... Once through, I side-stepped, and backtracked. They came through seconds after, and I followed, hitting one in the back head... instant kill. Then backtracked through the teleporter. I could hear on the other side of the room "Where did he go!!?!" Aaah... that was sweet.

I love halo. Its a great game. I would have to say that its one of my favorite Well, I have it on the computer. I don't have a Xbox or PS2. But I have all the fun I need on my computer. I built it. And that makes me LOVE it. hehe. And I got the parts for free from my granddad.

But halo is a great game. But I have never played it on xbox...I don't think. I may have but its late, and I can not think.

I do not have an XBox but I think the game maybe the best FPS game ever made, maybe Halo and Halflife are tied . I love LAN parties, we only have 5 people come when we are lucky! 15 people, wow!

I've played through about half of the coop campaign. It's a really good game, but I've never played the multiplayer.

Ya, I have beaten the game on easy and normal and now i'm about 1/6 of the way through it on heroic. It gets pretty tough.

As far as multiplayer goes, the maps are totally different, its really a separate game all together in my opinion, just with the same characters and guns.

I would have to say mine was when we were playin' a custom game type, team shotgun and it was me and my friend on this really really really small tv aginst 4 guys on a bigscreen. Like each of their windows were the size of our tv. Anywho we beat them like 3 times in a row. the score was like

in one player i blew up a warthog and it stayed in the air for...i think it was 14-15 secs.

It's easier with 2 against 4, especially when you have a wider field of view, and more targets to shoot at. 2 per screen is the best way for team. Although 8 on 8 is pretty fun.

yeah Halo is an awesome game. I really like both the sp and the mp. The only problems I have is lack of bots and the story. Of course the story is pretty good for an FPS but i wanted more than "Chief these are the covenant on this ring... these are the flood on halo...i think i can blow up halo by blowing up the pillar of autumn...boom." But all in all i would still give Halo a 9/10. Oh yes i have the pc version.

Thats me. Im the friend. Anyways, I think my personal favorite story is about a friend that we have that plays thats not very good. He is the guy who is really nice but doesnt really have any video game skills whatsoever, except on football games. Well, we were playin team slayer and the score was really close. My teams score was 49 and theirs was 48. Well we all came head up at the same time and my friend got a double kill to end the game. Well we were all like, oh well, the games over. Everyone but him. He literally jumped out of his chair and was like "WOO HOO!!!!" extremely loud. It was rather humorous.

Halo was the reason I got an Xbox and I don't regret it at all. 1st thing I did was beat it on Heroic. That was hard but satisfying.

I then got the wife involved and we went through it on Co-op on easy (to break her in).

With her confidence up we started multiplayer but she got annoyed at me beating her all the time

So we dont really death match until my Nephews come to stay. When they are here it's 2 on 2 death match in Blood Gulch all the way.

I sooo cant wait for Halo 2. Im going through Halo again now on Legendary to get my taste back in ready of H2, but it is very very hard.

I think you have to be more strategic on Legendary as trying to kill everything with spray and pray while side straifing just isn't doing the job anymore ...

Fun though

Yeah what Im looking forward to most in Halo2 on the Xbox? Banshee's in Multiplayer!!! Ohhhh yeah.

My love of Flight Sims with my love of FPS's finally combined into one awsome combination....

oh and of course, amazine urban warfare, excellent story line, new vechcles, weapons, moves, updated models and textures, Xbox Live compatitble, blah blah blah blah....

i love the multiplayer. i've heard everyone say the cooperative is great, and it is fun for a while, but the levels are too long and repetitive (for 2 players anyway). the multiplayer levels and gameplay are top-notch, however.

Man oh man are some of the levels repetitive. I hope that's not the case on Halo 2. I know why. Some of the levels are that repetitive as it allows for constant re-use of textures and models, which in turn speeds up load times and game play. But how annoying it can be in some of the larger levels.

I thought Halo was very clever in making you go all the way through all the levels, only to give you the task of fighting your way all the way back again. This allowed for a game to be twice the size it would have been, by simply re-using the same levels.

But.... was in danger of making it drag out forever. The change of action and enemy gave it the right ballance though imho.
