i think it is hard to have accurate answer for this question !
but if we want to know we should ask every christian denomination in every country .

This is impossible to be known. Are you talking about churches now in use or churces throughout history?

In ethiopia for instance, the Ehtiopian Orthodox Church I doupt has a detailed number of all the Churches its priests serve.

The Vatican site states the number of CATHOLIC churches in operation since its last update, but that does not include the Orthodox or Protestant churches.

Since last updated, the Vatican site shows that there are 610,426 Catholic Churches in opearation, with an average of 2138 people per church. That includes Eastern Rite churches, since they too are Catholic, but I do not know about extra groups.

Only "1" church can be right, not "2" if they differ.

The Word says the narrow is the way unto life and few there be that find it, but that passage also says that any who seek shall find. Only a few will find because only a few want to know.

God's Word teaches that he will provide truth, guidance and wisdom.

With God's tremendous power and ability, if He has not dropped any extra texts in our lap, it's either because we have sufficient, or, that church leadership does not desire to be led further.

Years ago, I concluded that if there are 100 denominations, that ONLY ONE of them can be right. If two or more were right, then they would be teaching the same identical truth and would in reality be the same.

Based on the scriptures, and God's promised to provide knowledge, wisdom and ALL THINGS pertaining to "life and godliness", there cannot be more than ONE church that is right.

The coptic orthodox church has the number of all the churches and its priests in all the world

the reason I said that about the Ethiopian church is because of the custom of carving chapels out in the mountains. Not all are in continuous use though, so I truly doupt that the Ethiopian Church is organized engouh to have all the numbers down properly.
