How many books do you have at your house that you haven't read yet? I keep mine on a particular shelf on my bookcase, but I'm not home right now to count them. I probably have around 30ish.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have about fifteen books out from the library to be read. I've read all the books that I actually own.

Small percentage compared to those owned but still I need to catch some of them. That is why I read 2 to 4 at a time. (depending on mood, depends on the choice)

I just counted mine and I only have 23, but I've started a couple of them already

I don't have all that many books. Maybe up to 10 on my bookcase.
If you mean TBR in my lifetime, I have a zillion classic novels I haven't bought yet, but eagerly await reading.

A lot but I've inherited some books that I don't know if I will read. On the shelf in my bedroom I have maybe 20-30 books waiting to be read. I just can't stop buying books

I'm with you.. I have a ton to read yet.. and am reading everyday..
Then we go to a conference.. and buy books there.. I see one online or in my mail.. and buy it..
I'm reading one now called, I Told the Mountain to Move.. by Patricia Raybon on prayer..
And my hubby asked me to read The Final Quest by Rick Joyner.. so I am reading that one today..
I have books on Healing that I want to get to.. and I read the Bible verses most days..
I saw Shawn Bolz at a Conference in Conn last month & read his book, the Throne Room Company and it was excellent..

LOL, oh what a thread! 10 from the library, and probably 40 I own. Just went to a huge 70,000 item libray sale,so what can I say,LOL!

I Have many books on my shelves i need to read. i collect alot of books and never get around to them . every year my library has a book sale and then on the last day they let you go in and get the rest of the books for free and i never seen ppl get so many books at one time. ppl come in with carts. and boxes. so i would say about 50 +

I buy books because I love books and I love to read, but there is not enough time to read all of the books that I want to read...lol We have a big library of books and movies and I just wish there was more time in a day.
