How many are saved?

I was wondering what percentage of people you would think are elect, taking the reformed understanding that all who are elect will be saved.

The only place I'm sure of how many "few" means is in reference to Noah and his family in that case few equals 8.

When the Lord was asked this question in Luke 13:23, He answered, "Strive to enter in at the strait gate...." In other words, look after your own soul.

In some places the Word speaks of few being saved, yet in the Revelation it is "A great multiude that no man could number"!

Well, I am not going to argue against the "few" thing or anything, because it is very true. But, correct me if I am wrong, but didn't God promise Abraham that his offspring would be more numerous than the stars?
