Hey Woobs, at least you gots a way out! The Feds are coming after me for $2500 they claim I owe them ... I can't afford the lawyer it will take to get out of THAT one! :o

Moriah--may I suggest you write the &quot;Feds' a letter and ask them which law demands you pay a 'federal income tax&quot;. There is NONE! Ppl left and right are defeating those criminals (FEDs) because there simply is NO LAW to take our income.Educate yourself diligently on this topic. Try &quot;show me the law' for starters and then go to,<a href="http://www.truthaboutax.com/site/1515517/page/636125.We" target="_blank">http://www.truthaboutax.com/site/1515517/page/636125.We Americans have been dupped since 1933 about the fraud of 'income' taxes.

LOL--sure I will. But if you study this matter and do your homework, and submit to them in a letter asking for the law that requires you to pay 'income taxes', then that puts YOU in the drivers seat. Oh yes--they may come after you, fear is their tool--truth is not.But I will admit--it takes a brave soul to stand up to these murderers. But the American public is wising up everyday to their fraud and they KNOW they are losing ground. Did you read those articles?

Not right now, but I have read similar things to what you are bringing up so I do have a little acquaintance with what you are talking about. Tell me, have you ever done it, and done it successfully?

If you could produce examples of court rulings of the past wherein it was decided that those who were in a similar situation as yours were not held accountable for tax evasion on the grounds that it is unconstitutional to have taxation on income, and present a good legal defense relative to the actual rules that govern taxation, you should have no problem winning your case.

It seems to me that if the judge does not rule in your favor, while knowing that other similar cases have been dismissed, I think you would then have grounds to file a suit against the judge, or his employer (the city/state), for discrimination.

Yeah but I'm not a lawyer -- I know nothing about this stuff -- and I can't afford lawyers that are fancy enough to dance a cha-cha around the Feds!

Moriah_Conquering_Wind_Stomp_Out_The_Bad_Guys_Real_Long_Name,

I know people that don't pay their taxes, and they aren't in any trouble.

I don't make any money right now, so it's really not an issue for me at this point, but I can cha-cha.

You don't have to be a lawyer. You just need to make a good case, and be a good debator.

And I think you are intelligent enough to do this.

Where did you learn that principle of American jurisprudence?

What I meant is what is the point of your question about how we get rid of really bad people (post #76)?
Well, you are complaining about a condition that you believe has been brought about by these really bad people. I wanted to know how far you have thought this through. If you don't know that is all you have to say. No one will hold that against you.

But what happens when you've already done this, and the bad stuff keeps piling up? What then???

We're always quick to suggest that people with problems are at fault because they must not be giving everything to God, but so slow to understand that it's not always the people with problems that are the problem.

For example, what about all of those innocent people that get raped, murdered, abused, malested, and beat up..., do these things happen to them because they haven't given everything to God?
We live in a sinful world hence good and bad stuff happens to everybody. The sooner those of us who say we follow God help prepare planet earth to meet Him the sooner this mess will end.

I would like you to stop this now. You may not realize this, but you are being abusive.

A rather interesting turn of events. You remind me of how you sought to make my life miserable when I began posting here a few weeks ago. I wish you had known the word "abusive" then.
