Excluding an extrememly minor slip up at the beginning of October, it has been over 6 months since I last cut.

its been just under an hour since i last cut. this past week has been awful.

My prayers are with you all. I know how you feel. I got so upset I self-injured for the first time on Friday night. I hope it doesn't become a habit. I am putting my faith in the Lord that it won't. You are all in my prayers

i've done it again i did it 3 hours ago and its still hurting really badly. it was more than just relief tho. i really wanted to hurt myself

i don't know why i wanted to. it happens now and again. i can normally manage to stop myself but i couldn't yesterday. i'm ok i didn't do too much.

ok well it's been just over a week for me - i want to cut but i'm trying to do what my therapist said and control the urge.

Just over one day. Before that, I hadn't SI for about a year and before that...never. I don't know why I am doing it all of a sudden. It's usually the last thing I think of - I hate pain and I'm a wuss. It was over something stupid. I'm scared that it was the first thing I thought of to make me feel better.

Sorry to be depressing, but I'm starting to scare myself.
