But that's where your analogy breaks down. The Bible is not a modern account, it's an ancient text. So like the old maps, we should not assume it is word for word accurate.Let's assume that modern maps are accurate, and that the lost person is in the mapped area. The map won't help it he or she can't read it.
Let's assume that modern maps are accurate
But the map that you are drawing an analogy to - the bible - isn't modern at all, and there is no reason to "just assume" that it is accurate.
The bible has many updated versions.
Which is still no reason to assume it is accurate.
However, there are many reasons to assume it is not.
""koran says that limbs format before muscles ?
and science discovered this!!""
i quote this from a muslim
so how koran knew it ?
Easy. Mohammed read Ezekiel 37.
7 "So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above ............................"
It is shortsighted to regard the bible as just a 'soul saving' guide.
It also deals with here-and-now problems in addition to the hereafter. In other words it's wisdom can save you now as well as later.
Little babies are born with limbs, but precious little muscle; the muscles develop later.
Try again.
Mohammed was illiterate. He may have heard Ezekiel, but he certainly never read it.
/facepalm
Both you and the koran are wrong.
It all develops at the same time.
At least, that's what muslims say.
I see no particular reason to simply accept that as a true-ism.
However, he DID have interactions with christians, through his uncle primarily.
