how important is a relationship with your mother?

One of my positive points is that I am a good listener, a weakness of mine is that I do get angry at my parents sometimes when they will not let me youtube.

my mom means a lot to me, as does my whole family. but I feel like I owe so much of my life to her, being that she raised me, took care of me, fed me, taught me (I was home-schooled), helped me through hard times, and did so much more than that. She's not exactly the perfect mom, she's bi-polar and we don't always get along, but I still love her and I really value my relationship with her and my entire family we all love each other and do a lot for each other.

I absolutely adore my mom even though of course, we have our times. I can tell my mom anything and I mean anything without her judging. I know one day she won't be here and that scares me to death - I LOVE my parents and honestly couldn't imagine being without them. Both my parents mean a whole lot to me and I feel guilty a lot because I'm not sure why I even deserve them.

I thnk Having one with your mother is Very Imporant.. but I don't have a very good one with my mom.. we rarely talk and we are so much alike we butt heads all the time.. And plus her Beliefs in jesus and My Beliefs are very very different that's what makes us not so close.. shes Mad at god..

My mom's illness has driven us apart over the years, and all but extinguished several of her other relationships.

We have a positive relationship, just not a very close one anymore.
