How important are the Apostles Canons?

BjBarnett and Orthodoxyusa, if you really belive that the Orthodox or the Catholic church is exactly the same as the original church in Antioch then could you please explain to me why we don't see people getting healed like they were as mentioned in Acts 5:12-16? (While people are getting healed in the Prodestant churches)
