Seems more like a mistake of using female psychology to judge male psychology.
It does seem like shes judging men by what women want. But men could care less. This isn't to say having things in common isn't something men don't care about but it definitely is not at the top of the list for most men.And I'm sure most men can wait for their younger wife to mature if necessary.
Older men don't marry younger women because they are looking for someone who they feel is their peer. But I'm sure you knew that already.
Why do they marry younger women then?
Yeah..
Also a lot of men could give less of a crap about "maturity" when it comes to dating. Lol..
If you are only dating...okay. But if you are looking for a life partner, maturity really is a good characteristic.
Love. Of course what love means to a man is much different than a womans idea of love. Men and women marry for the same word but not reasons.

No, even then..
I think you have a lot to learn how some men think.. lol.
Not saying it's all men, but you really seem to be projecting feminine feelings with what men value in a relationship.
I actually have a good idea of how men in successful marriages think....
So you think men look at women and say....hmmmm this one looks like shes a mature thoughtful woman im going to marry her. Or are they really thinking something else.
I think you understand a subset of men.. although a subset who might be a little more feminine brained.
Ha...there is a reason why younger men like dating older women. It isn't looks. I think it is a euphemism for your version of "love".
LOL....well, if you call red necks, ranchers, farmers, and engineers a bit feminine brained......maybe???
not sure what you are waiting for...can't find what post you could be referencingwaiting . . . .
I hope he knows her well enough that he isn't basing his decision on how he thinks she looks. And maturity is not a synonym for thoughtful. It actually is more that she realizes that she can't spend this month's mortgage payment on a new purse, no matter how cute it is.
What do you think motivates men to ask women out? Their maturity? lulz
Uh yeah. It's not all black and white.
You can still engage in traditionally masculine pursuits yet still have a feminine brain especially when it comes to relationships.. Which is what is relevant to this discussion.
