How does one record streaming video on their computer to watch later? My public library has streaming video available for educational purposes.
I would like to recorded programs, play in short parts to take notes and when I am finished either temporary store until course is over, then delete.

Google "OBS" is free - to record stuff but not sure if it would work in your case
