If an atheist doesn't recognize God to exist, then how would God communicate to an atheist so that the atheist will recognize that the communication is coming from God?

What if the atheist has his ears - and any other senses necessary - wide open but still doesn't hear anything God is communicating?God can communicate all day but if an athiest doesn't listen then it is what it is.

He could use the same method that He used with Saul who became Paul.
He could use the same method that He used for Pharoah, or for Nebuchadnezzar.
He can speak to their hardened hearts through other people, through a reading, through their children (out of the mouth of babes).
People who do not believe in God will always have the choice to not hear or listen even when they go through dire circumstances...
The scripture does speak of a reprobate mind...

Why are you so evasive when I ask legitimate questions?"Then He who has ears let him Hear."

A rebellious heart isn't interesting in God's kingdom or lifestyle.. A humbled heart is open to change, and God can help them with living a new life in Him.What if the atheist has his ears - and any other senses necessary - wide open but still doesn't hear anything God is communicating?

Let's say a Christian and an Atheist are together and God speaks to them. Would both the Christian and Atheist hear God?If God did everything possible to make sure the atheist knew what he was hearing was from God, then how could the atheist have a choice whether or not to believe in Him? The choice has to be able to flow both ways in order for it to be a choice.
God is obvious .. it is man, whether they say they believe or not, that chooses to believe.. and I have found that just because they say they do or do not believe doesn't dictate whether they actually listen and hear God or not.Let's say a Christian and an Atheist are together and God speaks to them. Would both the Christian and Atheist hear God?
Now let's say before God began speaking to both of them, the Christian and Atheist set up a recording device and placed it in the record mode. God then speaks to them. The recording is then played back to a wide audience mixed with Christians and Atheists. Would only the Christians in the audience hear the sound of God on the tape? Or would both the Christians and Atheists hear the sound of God on the tape?
What if the tape were forensically analyzed and then printed out in the form of volume/frequency vs. time. Would the volume spikes be visible only to Christians but not to Atheists? Or would they be visible to all?

This question reminds me of what happened when Jesus, just baptized came up out of the water. God spoke audibly from heaven, saying, "This is my beloved son, in whom I am well-pleased.". Some heard it and understood. Some of those thought it was an angel speaking. Some just thought they heard thunder. I am inclined to think that what made the difference was what the hearer's heart was seeking....Let's say a Christian and an Atheist are together and God speaks to them. Describe the difference between God sending a person to speak his word and God speaking directly to someone? Give me an example or illustration. The Atheist has the same avenues as the rest of us do. They have the Bible, God sends people to speak His word and the Bible says that God's laws are written in our hearts and we do not need a teacher to know they are there.
God will knock on the door of the heart just so many times and then He will turn a person over to his reprobate mind. Not God's fault - the person has hardened his heart.
I think my questions were fairly clear. Can you please answer them:God is obvious .. it is man, whether they say they believe or not, that chooses to believe.. and I have found that just because they say they do or do not believe doesn't dictate whether they actually listen and hear God or not.
