For me, I keep saying Memes as if they were pronounced "Mems."
The funniest I've ever heard is "failulure" instead of "failure."

I believe the funniest mispronunciation I've ever heard was a guy saying "Egg McMuffmin" for Egg McMuffin. Couldn't get it right to save his life.
