I've lived all over the Mainland and in Hawaii. I think three states have the nicest people: California, Texas, and Louisiana (the Cajuns).

Uh, california is...polluted...and overpopulated. But i love it there!! My whole family is from there (and some still live there). So that person better watch what they say! (or they are gonna have some problems with me...grr...)

Um. Yeah. I was talking politically. And ideologically. And it was a generalization. There are exceptions. My math Prof is from Cali and he's pretty cool.

Funny how CA's have this reputation that precedes them. "Granola Heads", isn't that what they call them?

But wait: here is my story. I am from Texas, but my job brought me to CA. Sacramento, to be precise. And guess what! We LOVE it here!!! Bought a house, moved right in, I would go so far to say... I am a Californian now, how about that. This place is great - weather's perfect 90% of the time, all the people I've met here are friendly.

Sure, there's the Berkeley weirdos - but doesn't every place have its "bad side of the tracks"?
