  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hey guys, I'm having a wonderfully nutricious lunch of Maggi Instant Noodles and I thought I would do a poll on how YOU eat your noodles.

For me, I put boiling water over the noodles. Then I drain that so there's basically no water left in the bowl, then add the flavouring, stir and enjoy.

If you choose "Other" plese comment. Please comment anyway!

Flavoring on then boiling water on then let it sit then drain then eat!

But the best way is to put the noodles and the flavoring into a thermos, add just enough boiling water to cover the noodles then seal the thermos, wait about half an hour and then eat. The noodles get very fat and yummy! (But I've never heard of the brand you mentioned. In Canada we have a brand called "Mr. Noodles". They're pretty tasty. The thermos trick works well with them but maybe not as well with another brand. Maybe you have Mr. Noodles in the states too.)

My boyfriend crunches the dry noodles up then adds the flavoring and the water and eats them like soup.
