We assume this."Smarter" is not a suitable word. Let us rather call it "more advanced".
Even though the intelligence is probably still roughly the same, we know much more, now.
Am I an early church father who lived in 300AD? Saint Augustine wouldn't have known anything about Australia.
Again, God didn't write Genesis. Moses, inspired by God, wrote Genesis. And Moses didn't know of Australia. No but God did & I'm sure he wouldn't have plonked it upside down.
No, its not an assumption. Its a very obvious fact.We assume this.
But we cannot even work out how this got where it is, and the people who were there must have known what happened themselves. Stonehenge link with video explaining.

I don't think Stonehenge, a bunch of rocks put in a circle, is comparable to something like the international space station. We assume this.

You cant even work out how your radio or internet work. Or cars. Or planes. Or GPS. Or the display you are gazing at right now. Or even the bulb above your head.Plus they can't even work out how they built the pyramids & why.

I am pretty sure you understand basically nothing we commonly use and if you were not so used to those things, you would think they are miracles or magic.
I'm pretty sure that if people can build sky scrapers today, people back then could move a few rocks around. I'm not sure why you find this far fetched. The point is we have no idea how the rocks got where they are...please watch the video I linked to. It is not the sophisticated design of a circle I am talking about, there is a transportation issue.
No, I would think that I do not know.I am pretty sure you understand basically nothing we commonly use and if you were not so used to those things, you would think they are miracles or magic.
Here are a couple ways that people can move large stones. In the second example, it only took about a dozen people and some wooden beams to move a 12 ton stone. And the people weren't even particularly strong. Just average people. At their rate of movement, they could move a stone of that size 20 miles in just 3 months. Or perhaps nearly 100 miles in a single year. Let alone the centuries that Stonehenge was actually constructed over.
Those are just stories, letters printed on a paper. The display you are looking at right now is something you can actually experience and touch. And you have no understanding of how it works. There were miracles in the Bible pretty big ones too such as Moses parting the sea & Joshua stopping the sun. I'd like to see them try this today.
`That is because you are not loking at the links. You already missed a post in which I linked to three entirely modern science articles from respected scientific sources, and one church reference to relative time, which is a concept from Einstein by missing the whole lot to tell me some irrelevant thing about how old geologists think rocks are. Relative time provides for the possibilty of rocks aging millions of years in a week, it is not magic...unless you think Einstein was a magician.I'm pretty sure that if people can build sky scrapers today, people back then could move a few rocks around. I'm not sure why you find this far fetched.
We can imagine a bambilion of speculations, for example showing a mobile phone or a car to somebody from 1000 BC or to somebody from the medieval times. That could actually be dangerous. No, I would think that I do not know.
Let's say someone from 1820 is suddenly transported to now, and after dark one evening, someone turns on a light. They would say "How is your candle working like that?" not "Ooh it is a miracle."
Those are just stories, letters printed on a paper.
Yes, we have nothing more than the letters on a paper. The miracles of technology around you are very real, though.I see, so the Miracles performed by Moses & Joshua are just stories ? Okay .................
And I've shared a link with you, that you haven't watched, showing people moving giant stones around, simply by putting them on logs:`That is because you are not loking at the links. Egyptian pharaohs had entire kingdoms with tens of thousands of slaves. Haven't you read the Bible about how Solomon constructed his own giant temple? This is OK but what about the pyramid stones who moved them ?
