Whatever is troubling you, the only way forward is to look to the future, ask God for His guidance, and be positive.

Making plans for fun and interesting activities is the best plan of action, because then you are motivated to look forwards instead of backwards.

I definitly agree,as for the questions,none of the above,as for my last relationship,I thought he was the one,he always told me he wanted us to be together forever,when he really didn't want to be with me in the end.
