How do creationists feel when people accuse them of lying for Jesus?

So that makes you KNOW "what christians believe about the Bible, God or themselves."

That's like saying you hung around scientists, had a science background, saw a science movie once and therefore you know what scientists think, you know all about science, etc. We both know that is too far fetched.
I'll take the statements from those Christian friends that I have a good understanding of their ideas as validation. That I do not hold to their ideas does not mean I have no understanding of them.

Moreover, given my statements here on Christianity as a whole, I know you are definitely no judge of my understanding of Christianity. I'll leave that judgement to those whom I actually discuss these issues with (ie, not you).

Too bad that kind of shtick doesn't work on those of us who are Christians and scientists who accept evolution. ^_^

At least you finally seem to understand why so many scientists -- Christian and not -- get tired of the constant pseudoscientific criticisms of creationists.

I was under the impression that Christians believed in Jesus and what He taught. He believed in creationism.

Mar 13:19 For [in] those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

Mat 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that He which made [them] at the beginning made them male and female,
Mat 19:5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? (Right out of Genesis 2)

Don't kid yourself, IF you truly are a Christian they get tired of you, too. They think you are wrong for believing that there is a God. Don't you read the posts here?

Well you are certainly entitled to believe in magical snakes, dirt people, and supernatural morality fruit. But don't be suprised if people think you're more than a bit off your rocker as a result.

Talking snake vs global warming.... a talking snake sounds more sane. 909ers and 951ers?? k?

So lets get this straight... there was a bunch of spinning atoms and then they exploded and then there was the universe with its galaxies, which defy scientific laws with how they spin different directions and humans came from bacteria that came out of nowhere which violates the scientific law that life MUST come from life.

Every time I was my hands I murder an ancestor.... I love murder =)

So by all that are you saying that America still believes in God as much as they did 50 years ago?

Probably not.

But did people 50 years ago believe in God as much as they did 50 years before that?

Did people of that time believe in God as much as they did 50 years before that, etc...

Unless you're trying to make the point that mainstream Christianity is becoming more and more outdated, and is gradually slipping away with each half-century, I'm not sure where you're going with this...

I don't know how to reply to such a statement... OK, you think a talking snake makes more sense.

No. Atoms did not explode, humans did not come from bacteria, and bacteria did not come out of nowhere. Also, there is no law that says life must come from life. You have created a nice strawman to tear down, however.

Every time I was my hands I murder an ancestor.... I love murder =)

No again. Modern bacteria are not our ancestors. Another nice strawman. Maybe you should try arguing against what scienists really claim, rather than your strawmen... nahhh!

Well at this time (midnight) I don't know either. This has been an ongoing thing. I'll have to go back and check it all out...but not tonight. I am soon going to bed. I try to give everyone an answer before I do but by the time I finished with one I have to go back and answer the one I answered before the one I just answered. :D

I'm not off my rocker, you just don't realize that there is a spiritual realm right along side with the natural realm. It's just as real but somethings you have to interpret inlight of the spirit and not the mind. Then it makes perfect sense.

And how do you distinguish between spirituality and insanity?

Just last Tuesday(and it always seems to be on Tuesdays) Freya and Isis got into a catfight at my house over the proper nature of the metaphysical underworld and wether Hel or Osiris were hotter gods of the underworld.

Truefax!

P.S. Freya Isis catfights...very hot.

there was the universe with its galaxies, which defy scientific laws with how they spin different directions

The rotation of galaxies violates no scientific law. I've only ever seen this claim resulting from Kent Hovinds hilarious misunderstanding of the conservation of angular momentum.

and humans came from bacteria that came out of nowhere which violates the scientific law that life MUST come from life.

There is no such law.
