Because you've basically shoved books into three groups and 66 divides by three. You haven't respected what the categories are.

Only the first 5 books are Torah
Prophets is Joshua, Judges, Samuel, Kings, Isaiah, Jerimiah, Ezekiel, The Twelve
The rest of the OT (including Daniel) is Writings
