I'm really sad today, I don't know exactly why.
I feel like no one understands me a lot of the time.

I feel sad almost every night. Wish things would be better at a snap of a finger. I want to get it out of my system, I would be fine, then the next time I am not.

Just going through life one day at a time, working for my children, they need me more than ever, but sometimes my whole body aches because of the brokenness inside.

I hope the Lord will heal me soon, really, I don;t like being depressed. It is like I am 2 completely different persons. During the day, a smile on my face helping others, but the smile is really from the heart, but when I am alone, that's when the sadness comes.

I'm feeling a little down today. Sort of overwhelmed by all the things that need to be done and I don't have the time, strength, or energy to do them all.
I know that God is always the same and that feelings will change. I will hang onto that. God is always the same. He loves me no matter how I feel.

little down. very frustrated. i can't concentrate for anything, so i am not getting much done at work. the more the day goes on, the more I see how much i didn't get done. this gets me more down, and this makes it harder to concentrate, which makes it harder to get anything done. stupid viscious cycle. nnnggrrrrhhhh!!

sometimes it gets to the point where EVERYTHING feels overwhelming, even choosing what to eat for lunch!! what's wrong with me??!!!!

even so, i will still trust in the Lord...
