How am I supposed to get saved when I have rejected the Holy Ghost too many times?
...sounds to me like you believe you're the one meant to do the saving.....when really, you get saved.
Not sure where you're at with your walk with God brother, but if/once you have come to accept Christ as your Lord and saviour, then ALL that's left for you to do is to simply become a recipient of His loving Grace (....as opposed to living a performance-based lifestyle trying to gain God's favour).
See how your behaviour will change then.
